To whom do we recommend it?

This formula usually works best for people who weigh 90-100 kg and above, as well as for those individuals experiencing significant mental or physical stress, regardless of body weight.
Weight-based dosage is not written in stone. There are giants who eat like birds and tiny people with enormous appetites. The amount of nutrients a body requires is not exclusively dependent on body weight, but also on the individual’s workload and metabolism.
