Dr. Lenkei Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder
If you have not taken this product before, please only order it after reviewing the following information!
I have developed this product for informed, purposeful and result-oriented customers.
It is intended for those who know exactly why they should choose this multivitamin powder.
I do not recommend it for everyone!
This special formula is not just another multivitamin powder. It is so much more than that!
The Dr. Lenkei Vitality Multivitamin Powder is a truly unique product!
There is no other multivitamin powder on the market anywhere in the world, whose daily dose contains such a high concentration of vitamins and minerals.
Using this product requires expertise!
A brief history of how this product came about:
Determined and result-oriented individuals who had read my book Censored Health and understood the most fundamental principles of how vitamins work requested I develop such a product.
The book made them understand why I recommend taking multivitamins with exceptionally high active ingredient content.
They intended to do just that, but for certain reasons, they were unable to. They told me they had seriously hard time swallowing capsules and tablets, so—much to their regret—they were unfortunately unable to consume any of the products in the Dr. Lenkei Vitality Multivitamin line, which was at the time only available in those forms.
They told me they definitely wanted to access the world-renowned high active ingredient content, and they asked for this extremely effective formula to be made available in an easy-to-swallow form, as well.
Then there were happy customers who had been using, for many years, one of the Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin formulations—in tablet or capsule form—with complete satisfaction, but they asked me if I could help them avoid having to swallow so many tablets and capsules every single day.
This is how this product, unique in the world, came to be: to satisfy very specific demands.
Earlier I wrote: “Using this product requires expertise!” Key points to know
The taste of certain vitamins can be said to be distinctly unpleasant.
This is not noticeable when packaged in capsules or in tablet form, but with liquid and powder preparations, the off-putting flavors can be strong. This is especially true when using the exceptionally high doses I recommend.
When it comes to multivitamin products in powder or liquid form, the unpleasant taste can only be easily masked if
a. we significantly reduce the vitamin content of the formulation, or
b.“forget to include” the worst-tasting vitamins, or
c.add a generous amount of sugar to it
Most manufacturers do one or all of these things. They use these tricks to make liquid, or powder products taste good. They sacrifice their effectiveness on the altar of taste.
I have a story about this
If you’re curious to know it, click the button below to read it.
For a long time, I E-mailed back and forth with a lady, who complained about the taste of the Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder she found unacceptable.
In the end, she herself came up with a suggestion.
I quote: „“I ordered powdered vitamin from Austria. The taste is divine and it is of very high quality. I’m attaching a photo of it. Order a one-month supply for yourself, if you like and try it out and see if you can develop a similar flavor profile.”
I checked the website. I was digging around for quite some time until I found the exact list of the vitamin and mineral content of the product recommended by the lady.
I confess, I couldn’t resist the temptation and made a spreadsheet to compare the composition and active ingredient content of the two products.
I also discovered that the main ingredient in this extremely palatable supplement is sugar.
Fructose.
Here we have, then, a concrete example, proving my point, mentioned earlier.
When it comes to multivitamin products in powder or liquid form, the unpleasant taste can only be easily masked if
we significantly reduce the vitamin content of the formula, or
“forget to include” the worst-tasting vitamins, or
add a generous amount of sugar.
Based on its sugar content and as evidenced by the table, this divine tasting product meets all three requirements at a professional level.
Its marketing is incredibly effective, too.
Its price is nearly three times that of Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder.
The next point, number 3, will tell you why I don’t even have a chance of ever developing a flavor profile for Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder that comes close to this.

I’m a stubborn guy!
I have never been—and never will be—willing to make the product taste appealing by maiming the active ingredient content, reducing the number of ingredients, and adding large amounts of sugar so I can sell more of it, to put it simply.
Consequently, it required a rather lengthy product development process to find the strawberry flavor that, all the while preserving the high active ingredient content, would make this exceptional product with excellent physiological effects at least acceptable—and thus consumable—to the majority of customers.
I can confidently say that I have made it.
Many people use Dr. Lenkei Vitality Multivitamin Powder with complete satisfaction.
Thousands of boxes of it are purchased every year.
At the same time, it is undeniable that the product’s taste remains divisive, even after extensive product development. Some find it delicious, others find it acceptable, still others consider it unpalatable. There is no way for me to tell which group you will belong to.
Many customers found it workable to take the multivitamin powder directly into their mouth.
I use it this way myself.
There are users who mix it with a little water into a thick paste, about a tablespoonful, quickly swallow it, and then take a few sips of water.
According to a lot of feedback it doesn’t taste good when mixed with water, yogurt, or kefir. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to take it this way, but there is no need to worry even if it doesn’t work for you.
Some people told me they had tried out several homemade methods they developed themselves, but none of them made the taste of the Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder acceptable.
They asked me to help them, because they do want to use this particular product, due to its composition and active ingredient content.
We are pleased to announce that we have successfully developed effective recipes that eliminate the flavors deemed unpleasant, making this unique specialty product palatable even for people who are more sensitive to the unusual taste of vitamins.
Soon you, too, will be able to discover these tried-and-true recipes.
Another tip to improve palatability.
You can further improve the effectiveness of these already excellent flavor-enhancing recipes by dividing the amount of multivitamin powder you wish to consume into several smaller doses throughout the day.
In my experience, purposeful and result-oriented customers for whom the exceptionally high active ingredient content and the expected beneficial effects are more important than the product to taste particularly good, find their own solutions to improve palatability and are happy to use Dr. Lenkei Vitality Multivitamin Powder.
I developed this formula specifically for such dedicated enthusiasts!
It is for a reason that I highlighted these two important points right at the beginning of my article:
a. I do not recommend this product to everyone!
b. Using this product requires expertise!
Going forward I will now discuss four additional topics
The dosage I recommend.
Recipes for neutralizing unpleasant flavors.
The reason behind the peculiar phenomenon where some people find the exact same taste delicious, others find it acceptable, and still others find it repulsive.
Finally, I must also bring to your attention the types of complaints we cannot accept.
1.
My recommended dosage
Those who are already somewhat familiar with the Dr. Lenkei Életerő Multivitamin line know that the products are available in several strength levels (basic, medium, and strong).
Recommended amount for high-level (strong) vitamin intake:
2.0 measuring spoons per day = 29.00 grams
Important information!
The recommended amount can also be consumed in several small doses throughout the day.

Recipes to neutralize unpleasant tastes

I organized meetings with people who were unable to use the Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder at all, due to its unpleasant taste, even though they really wanted to.
They reported they couldn’t consume the powder—whether taken directly into the mouth or mixed into water, yogurt kefir, or pureed food—so they gave it up entirely.
I was present when they tried out the following recipes.
There were people among them who liked all the variations equally, but typically it rather depended on the individual which solution they preferred.
I haven’t met anyone who still finds the mixture undrinkable. Of course, this doesn’t mean that such a situation cannot occur.
A good tip:
You can further enhance the effectiveness of the recipes below by dividing the amount of multivitamin powder you want to consume into several small doses throughout the day.
A.
The ice-cold lemon “spritzer”
Carbonation, lemon juice, and cold temperature have been proven to inhibit the function of taste buds
The base: 100 ml of very cold carbonated mineral water + 1 slice of lemon or lime freshly squeezed.
Why does it work? The citric acid, the cold, and the bubbles create a shock effect on the tongue, making it harder for bitter taste molecules to bind to the taste buds.
Since the multivitamin powder is already strawberry-flavored, mixing it with lemon gives it a tart, strawberry-lemonade character, which is much more tolerable.
The recipe: Squeeze the lemon or lime into very cold sparkling water, quickly stir in the powder (Vitamin C will give it a little fizz) and drink it quickly.
B.
The apple juice + ginger trick
It even soothes the stomach
The base: 1 dl unfiltered apple juice + a pinch of ginger powder (or a little fresh ginger juice).
Why does it work?Gingerol, found in ginger, is a pungent, distinctive compound that completely takes over the mouth.
Further benefit: ginger is particularly good for the stomach, so if someone’s stomach is sensitive to the high concentration of active ingredients, this combination will also soothe it.
C.
The mango or peach puree trick
If thin liquids didn’t work, a thicker texture will be the solution
The base: 1–2 tablespoons of 100% mango puree or peach puree (even premium baby food can work well for this purpose).
Why does it work? Mangoes and peaches have a high natural fruit sugar content, and their thick, creamy texture “coats” the tongue.
By mixing in the multivitamin powder, you get a thick cream, one or two spoonfuls, which, due to its thickness, bypasses half of the taste buds.
The strawberry-mango or strawberry-peach combination also goes well together in terms of flavor, too.
D.
The “swallow it whole” trick
You can get it all down in a matter of seconds
This recipe works well with small amounts of multivitamin powder, in case you want to take your daily dose divided into small portions.
The base: 0.5 dl blackcurrant juice, pomegranate juice, or tart cherry juice (100%).
Why does it work? These dark berry juices have such an intensely tart, acidic, and dominant flavor profile that they can mask the metallic, bitter aftertaste of the vitamins.
The recipe: Pour a small amount of fruit juice into a shot glass, stir in the powder, and down it immediately, just like tequila. Then rinse your mouth with a sip of plain water.
E.
You may also want to develop your own recipe
If you’ve had success, I’d be delighted if you sent your recipe to [email protected]. It would be my honor to publish it to expand the list of possible solutions.
I thank you in advance for your help, both on my behalf and on behalf of the consumers.

What is behind this peculiar phenomenon?
Click the button below to open the article about this.
A peculiar phenomenon
Some people find the exact same taste delicious, others find it acceptable, while still others consider it inedible.
I was curious to find out what might be behind this peculiar phenomenon.
From studying scientific literature, I have drawn the following conclusions.
1.
People learn to love flavors, get used to them, and even associate emotional experiences with them.
This is the main reason why, for most people, their mother’s cooking is the most delicious food in the world. This is the main reason why many people turn up their noses when they encounter flavors different from what they’re used to.
A flavor may be considered a real treat or delicacy in one culture, yet it can be rejected in another and may even cause disgust.
Good examples of this include Japanese natto, strongly moldy cheeses, or even the Hungarian specialty known as Pálpusztai cheese. The latter has a rather distinctive smell and taste.
Eating such culinary specialties can be a real treat, but can also be nauseating.
According to both scientific literature and everyday experience, one can get used to and even come to love any flavor.
The Swedes, for example, are very fond of the taste of fermented fish, mockingly referred to as “rotten herring.” This holds true, even though people from other nations consider it one of the world’s smelliest and most unappetizing foods.
This specialty, which seems repulsive to many, but which is considered a special delicacy by others, is already something like a national dish among Swedes, so much so that it even has its own holiday.
Judging flavors is therefore quite subjective!
One of my colleagues told me about her own experience with the taste of Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder. At first, she found it to have a bad taste, but she mustered her strength to achieve her goal, pushed through and continued to consume it. Over time, she got used to it and later came to like the taste that had initially seemed unpleasant; today, she finds it rather delicious.
2.
The second most important factor can be attributed to genetic causes
People perceive tastes with the help of so-called taste receptors found on the tongue. The word “receptor” is Latin and means a tiny structure in a living organism, capable of sensing a certain stimulus (e.g., taste, smell, light, cold, heat, pressure).
Genetically, the taste receptors on the surface of our tongues are not identical.
As a result, one person may perceive the same food as tasting almost like “poison,” while another finds it pleasantly aromatic.
Some people love broccoli, Brussels sprouts, grapefruit juice, tonic water, or black coffee, while for others, these same foods are extremely bitter and unpleasant.
3.
The third most important factor is smell
It is a relatively little-known fact that a large part of the “taste experience” comes from smell.
We could even say that much of what we perceive as taste is actually smell.
We don’t usually think about this in our daily lives, even though everyone has experienced times when their nose was stuffy and the taste of food became much less noticeable.
We also know that many people instinctively pinch their noses when they must swallow something that tastes unpleasant. Without the sense of smell, a bad taste seems less unpleasant.
There are significant differences among people, attributable to genetic factors, regarding the number and functioning of olfactory receptors.
The same taste—due to differences in the sense of smell alone—is perceived differently by different people.
In most cases, these three factors explain a phenomenon that may have seemed strange before but is now well understood.
We now know why some people find the exact same taste delicious, while others find it acceptable, and still others find it unpalatable.
4.
There are also other, much less significant, less common factors
Pregnancy, infectious diseases, certain medications, zinc deficiency, and aging can also affect our perception of flavors and how we classify them as pleasant or unpleasant.
According to recent research, even the composition of the bacteria living in our intestines, the so-called microbiome, influences what we find delicious and what we find repulsive.
Final Conclusion
Based on all this, I believe that truly insurmountable difficulties regarding the taste of a multivitamin—and thus its palatability—must be very rare.
I have found that if someone really wants to use Életerő (Vitality) Multivitamin Powder, they will find a way to overcome the obstacles, in the vast majority of cases.
