Spirulina and Chlorella Algae Tablets

Algae are amongst the most ancient living creatures on Earth.

There are a number of freshwater and marine plants we call “algae.” Among them are tiny protists but also large, leafy plants.

The principle reason for their popularity is that they are extremely rich in valuable nutrients.

Spirulina

The protein content of dried spirulina varies from 55% to 77% depending on its source. It contains virtually all essential amino acids and is rich in essential fatty acids, i.e. Omega-3.

Chlorella

Dried chlorella contains 45% protein, 20% fat, 20% carbohydrate, 5% vegetable fiber, and 10% minerals and vitamins.
